What is Twinning Program 3+0?

The 3+0 Program means that the students can pursue their studies in one of the higher education institutions in Malaysia, either universities or colleges, that have a partnership with a foreign university.

In other words, the students complete their entire degree at a Malaysian college or university for reasonable tuition fees.

But, after finishing their studies, they will be awarded a foreign degree qualification from the partner universities in the USA, Australia, Canada, the UK, or France.

The study program will be the same as if you study at the partner university abroad. The syllabus and assessment methods will be the same too.
